Over more than a decade, David has built his career across field operations, utility engineering, engineering management, and construction support, supporting electric and natural gas infrastructure throughout Texas and Montana. His experience includes supporting organizations such as CenterPoint Energy, Texas Gas Service, ENTRUST Solutions Group, and NorthWestern Energy, giving him perspective across the full lifecycle of utility infrastructure—from planning and design to construction, operations, and long-term system performance.



Throughout his career, David has led projects ranging from utility system expansions and municipal development to major transportation infrastructure coordination, working closely with utilities, contractors, developers, and public agencies to navigate complex technical and operational challenges. These experiences have shaped a practical understanding of how successful projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered.



As Principal Engineer, David remains actively involved throughout every engagement, providing senior-level technical leadership and serving as a direct resource for clients from initial planning through project delivery.

Tim Bright brings more than two decades of experience supporting critical energy infrastructure, with a career focused on field execution, operational leadership, and contractor management. His experience includes supporting operators such as ConocoPhillips, Anadarko, Devon Energy, and Hess, while working alongside operators, service providers, and field teams to safely execute complex infrastructure projects across the United States.

As a Strategic Advisor, Tim provides operational insight shaped by years of overseeing field execution, quality assurance, and contractor accountability. His experience representing operators during critical field activities strengthens Stratos Engineering's commitment to practical decision-making and successful project execution.

Stockton Graham brings experience leading capital projects across the energy industry, with a background spanning project engineering, project development, and engineering leadership. His career includes roles with Marathon Petroleum Logistics (MPLX), ENTRUST Solutions Group, and ONEOK, providing experience across pipeline infrastructure, facilities engineering, and capital project execution.
